This substantial remodelling and re-purposing of an existing commercial property resulted in 14 luxury apartments with retail facilities at street level. A two storey extension to the roof, planted elevations, external terraces and a communal podium garden were incorporated, along with elements of off-site prefabrication and on-site sustainable energy technologies.
