Feasibility Study for London Borough of Hounslow, 2021

This feasibility study developed the Clifton Gardens project by taking the same brief and applying it to the Redlees site, owned by the London Borough of Hounslow in Isleworth.

​

The remarkable site is largely concealed from public view by substantial masonry walls that front the roads to the north and east. The main challenge in planning the building was to avoid the mature trees that occupy most of the site.

​

The preferred option provided five secure units of 12 bedrooms in two linear blocks. The communal lounge areas are placed in the centre with a radiused enclosure maximising the views across the garden areas.
