New facility providing a home for six teenagers in the care of the borough. In total eight bedrooms are provided for staff and residents providing for long term and emergency stays with associated lounge and communal areas.

The building is designed to reflect the form and scale of the surrounding housing to create a pleasing unobtrusive domestic setting for residents.
