The site is on the river Thames around 1000m east of Tower bridge on the south bank. An existing building occupies the site which is the only surviving house in a historic terrace and occupies an unusually narrow site sitting on the river wall.

 

The scheme provides three luxury two bed apartments using modular construction and uses pre cast concrete cladding as a facing material. The apartments make the most of the river views with great views of Tower Bridge.
