The current configuration of the school is unsuited to its use with several separated teaching areas. The scheme aims to optimise the school by creating one unified space on the lower level and extending at the rear into the garden. New landscaping features create an enclosed sunken outside teaching space.

A separate garden building is proposed to accommodate the younger age group and the first floor is remodelled to create an enlarged kitchen and dining facility.
