Stone Pavilion,

Dartford

Full service from inception to completion

with Acanthus Architects

Situated at the crest of a local public park, this multi-purpose community building provides offices for Stone County Council, a home for Stone Cricket Club, the Veteran’s Hall and facilities for the community and children’s extracurricular activities. Extensive community consultation set a rigorous brief requiring a flexible provision that remains robust and secure during unoccupied hours. The project employs off-site modular prefabrication, resilient materials and numerous bespoke details that lend presence and interest to the form and façade.
